Elderflower is very different and amazes with its aromas of lychee, maple, linden and fresh rose. We like to surprise, so we combine elderflower with a bit of Sicilian lemon juice and a hint of Espelette pepper, to develop this strange country fragrance a bit more. On foie gras it's a treat: in a strawberry salad, on your summer ice cream and sorbets, pannacotta and of course on your breakfast toast or a good slice of toasted brioche, it is still a must!
