Minardo Pasta is made with 100% organic ancient Sicilian durum wheat semolina. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted with the highest quality raw materials to ensure a tasty, healthy, and environmentally friendly product. We use only Russello wheat flour for semolina pasta or Timilia for whole wheat pasta because they are rich in nutrients, non-GMO, and have easily digestible gluten. Our pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all its nutritional characteristics. We produce various pasta shapes suitable for numerous recipes, including vegetarian or vegan ones, such as whole wheat tagliatelle, ideal for dishes with vegetables or fresh and aged cheeses.
