WHOLESALE SMOKED COD LIVER WITH BEECHWOOD

Caught in the cold seas off Iceland, our cod is freshly hand-processed. With the utmost respect for tradition, its liver is meticulously removed, then smoked over beech wood. It is then delicately canned whole, without any added flavor or oil: it is the cod liver oil that naturally coats the fish's flesh during maturation. La Perle des Dieux recommends enjoying this creamy and flavorful liver simply on a slice of toasted traditional bread, enhanced with a drizzle of lemon and a hint of Noirmoutier fleur de sel.
