Caught off the coast of St Gilles Croix de Vie in Vendée, the vintage sardines are selected for their rich fat content exceeding 12%. A tradition maintained since 2004, where the sardines are prepared and canned by hand within hours of being caught. This recipe is primarily an aging sardine that should be left to mature by turning it every six months to allow it to confit and enhance its gourmet notes. Mademoiselle LULU ventures into the heart of space, always in search of new discoveries. There she mingles with the moon and the stars, of course, and also with curious fish imagined by Coralie JOULIN.
