They are simply sliced and dried fruit. Each apple is harvested at maturity, then sliced and dried by our producer. Depending on the fruit, the temperature and drying time vary to preserve all the benefits. It takes an average of 6 to 9 kg of fresh fruit to obtain 1 kg of dried fruit. You can enjoy them in a cake, as an infusion, in a cocktail, or spiced rum. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
