We are very disappointed with the quality of the lemon peels (lemon zest) ... too sweet, too sticky, and too irregular. Many small unusable pieces that we throw away; we have a huge amount of waste!

We are sorry to learn that this product did not meet your expectations. However, we are surprised by this review, because you ordered this product regularly — 60 kg over the past 2 years — without ever reporting a quality problem. This product naturally has a sweet, sticky texture due to the candying process. For some uses, peels coated in rice flour may be more suitable. Slight variations in size can also occur, but we have never observed an abnormal presence of small pieces. We are also surprised to learn that part of the product was discarded without any complaint having been made to us beforehand. The usual procedure would have been to inform us so that we could check the batch in question and propose an appropriate solution.
