Drink Botanicals Ireland is an award-winning Irish company founded in 2017 by gin enthusiast, Laura McCarthy. Laura spotted a gap in the Irish drinks market, as the gin trend was growing that there was no product available for a consumer to enjoy and make a luxurious gin and tonic or cocktail in the comfort of their own home. Passionate about mixology, Laura wanted to create a product that allowed a consumer to recreate a premium gin and tonic at home. Inspired, she set to work experimenting with botanicals. The Gin Fusion Kit was born – a kit containing the finest botanicals for you to craft your very own unique gin and tonic. Building on the success of the Gin Fusion Kit, Drink Botanicals then extended their product range. In June 2021, we launched a range of premium cocktail syrups. They are very different from what is currently on the market as they are pulp-based, contain natural ingredients, and are cold-produced to maintain their high mineral and vitamin content. Since launching, feedback from leading bartenders has been incredible, with many describing them as the best in the market.
