Our organic vegetables come from Wholemeal Agriculture: they are harvested at the peak of ripeness and subjected to a dehydration process at low temperature and controlled humidity, which preserves the taste and nutritional value of field vegetables. The processing is completely artisanal, respectful of the raw material. Dehydrated and spiralized vegetables in the form of spaghetti are naturally preserved for a long time. In fact, they do not contain salt, additives or preservatives, as well as being completely gluten-free! How do you eat it? You can prepare, season and eat SPAGAGOUTI just like traditional pasta.
