Our Cannellino Bean is cultivated in Italy using traditional and organic methods with respect for nature. It has a cylindrical-elongated shape of uniform white color with flattened tips. It is cultivated in the open field. After harvest, the legumes are preserved without the use of chemicals. Before packaging, they are selected by hand. The main characteristic is the inner core of the pulp, which is tender and floury, therefore easily digestible. It is a legume rich in fiber, proteins and minerals, and it is also a significant source of folic acid and vitamin B6. Ideal for making delicious salads or for preparing hot soups. Great as a meat substitute. We recommend enjoying it with the sole addition of salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
