Black beans, wrongly considered waste beans in the past (given their particular black color), have been selected over time in order to be able to make them consumable. They are cultivated exclusively in Italy using traditional and organic methods, with respect for nature. All our legumes are grown in the open field and stored without chemicals. It is an excellent legume rich in proteins, starch and minerals and low in fat. In addition, it is a rich source of crude fiber and iron. They are characterized by a dark skin and a clear, dense and creamy inner pulp, they are easily digested. With a spicy and sweet taste, black beans are the ideal ingredient in soups and side dishes. In addition, they are great for making meat or fish dishes. We recommend enjoying them with the sole addition of salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
