To the best apricots from our Alba and Langhe orchards, picked at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, we add the natural “light” syrup made with water and brown sugar. This results in a preserved product with the same characteristics of the fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and that enhances the particular flavor of this particular apricot variety. They are excellent to taste naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream. The syrup is great to drink!
