Marano figs are traditional Calabrian products covered with chocolate. Flavoured with sugar and cinnamon as per the ancient recipe and in some cases covered with white or dark chocolate. Stuffed with almonds, walnuts, variegated with orange, rum, bergamot and licorice depending on the type, they are delicious and rich in flavor. They are preserved for a long time while maintaining their characteristics unchanged.
