La Bronte Dolci is a confectionery company specializing in the production of traditional artisanal sweets. It was founded in 1997 from the idea and experience of three pastry chefs from Bronte: Antonino Caruso and the brothers Pietro and Giuseppe Bellitto. Over the years, the company has maintained the same artisanal quality of the pastry shops, managing to export its products all over the world: from Germany to Australia, from the USA to the United Arab Emirates. At the core of Bronte Dolci's business philosophy is a single commandment: respect. Respect for tradition. Following the pastry tradition and observing the dictates passed down from the past is a fundamental rule for us. We are custodians of a millennial culinary heritage, whose roots are lost in the mists of time. We are proud to share it with the whole world.
