Mustard has a long tradition as a medicinal and seasoning plant. Mustard oil derived from black seeds is widely used in Indian cuisine, but its pleasantly pungent bitter aroma can be used to refine a variety of dishes. For our mustard oil, we only process the best low-erucic acid mustard seeds from controlled organic farming. This is gently cold-pressed in our Berlin oil factory and sent immediately. Content: 100 ml
