Cook the tender, flavorful butter chicken with the spices. One package cooks for 3 portions. Severity level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ (3 of 3) Preparation: * Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and marinate with 2 tablespoons of oil and the butter-chicken seasoning mix and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (ideally overnight). * Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and fry the meat and marinade until it is done. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and a spread teaspoon of salt and simmer for 5-7 minutes. * Now add the milk and stir over high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the temperature, add crème fraîche and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Serve with rice or naan bread and garnish with fresh coriander.
