OCNI Factory, gourmet innovation for fine grocery At OCNI Factory, we are a passionate team of 7 people based in Alès, in the Gard region, specializing in culinary design and food innovation. Under the leadership of Benoît Le Guein, also known as the Savant Food, we imagine and create unique Unidentified Edible Objects. Our first creation, launched in 2017, has become iconic: the Seasoning to be sharpened. This innovative condiment, presented in the form of a pencil with its sharpener, adds a playful and gourmet touch. Simply sharpen it directly onto the plate to enhance it with fragrant shavings that elevate each dish. The range now includes about fifteen pencils with exceptional flavors, evolving with the seasons: Vaucluse Truffle, Drôme Black Garlic, Corrèze Porcini, Espelette Pepper... All our products are 100% natural and organic, made from carefully sourced plant-based ingredients.
