About OCNI Factory

At OCNI, we have been developing Unidentified Edible Objects from our premises located near Alès in the Gard since 2016. Our first OCNI is the Seasoning to be sharpened: it is a condiment in the shape of a pencil presented with a sharpener. Playful and gourmet, it is shaved directly onto the plated dish to enhance it with its shavings. The range includes about ten varieties, notably with porcini mushrooms from Corrèze, truffle from Vaucluse, black garlic from Drôme, and Espelette pepper. All the ingredients that make up our products are of natural, plant-based origin, carefully sourced, and organic.Read their story
