Wholesale Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour (5KG)

The wholemeal wholemeal spelt flour from the “Ferme du Bas Roteux” comes from certified organic agricultural production and cultivated on our own land. The previously shelled spelled grain is ground by our own horizontal natural stone mill. Wholemeal wholemeal flour is sieved to remove the bran and thus obtain a soft and excellent flour for the whole bakery.
