Thank you for your feedback. Please when writing a review to be reasonable. For the items you received, if there are any damages, we have agreed to refund you. As for the shipping time, we shipped your package within 2-3 days. Your order was placed on Jan 20th and we shipped them out on the 23rd. As you might know, we are in NYC, and there is a heavy snow storm during that time that affected all kind of transportation including road and air. Once the package is picked up by USPS, we have no control over the time frame they need to deliver.
