This vinegar is produced in France from organic red wine sourced from French vineyards. The grapes are harvested during the grape harvest in September and October. They then undergo alcoholic fermentation to produce wine. A second fermentation then takes place to create vinegar, thanks to the reaction between the created alcohol and oxygen. We work hand in hand with our vinegar maker to offer you quality vinegar, with a strong environmental approach. We then work with you to support this approach up to the reuse of containers. This red wine vinegar will be ideal for creating a vinaigrette and other sauces for your dishes. It is unpasteurized, and the sediment that may form corresponds to a slight resumption of fermentation, the quality of the product is not altered. Ingredient: Organic red wine vinegar.
