Guccione White Label oil represents the lightly fruity oil of the collection. It is obtained from the processing of olives predominantly of the Biancolilla cultivar, which give rise to a very delicate oil but that maintains all the green and herbaceous notes characteristic of Sicilian oils. The olives are hand-picked in mid-October and milled a few hours later in our mill following a careful process.
