For nearly 30 years, we have been working for local development and the promotion of fair, respectful organic farming. This fair trade sector, created to offer you its particularly tasty "Cayenne Lisse" pineapple, is made up of more than 300 families of small farmers, organized into cooperative groups. The local drying workshop collects the fruits, organizes training, and provides the development fund paid thanks to your purchases, according to the needs of small producers. The fruit is picked perfectly ripe, then cut into several variations: beautiful slices separated from their hard, woody core, and pieces of different sizes. It is then dried as quickly as possible and at the lowest possible temperature. Color, flavor, and fragrance are thus preserved for more enjoyment.
