“Edoardo” Riserva Olio Italiano is an extra virgin olive oil, produced from olives cultivated in the Sicilian territory, in volcanic or medium-textured soils, at altitudes ranging from sea level to over 1000 meters high on the slopes of Etna. They are collected manually or with very green facilitating machines collected a month earlier. The milling takes place within 6 hours of harvest, using an extraction system with technologically advanced plants. The oil is extracted strictly cold. Fruity, fresh with strong hints of fresh and aromatic herbs, it recalls green tomatoes. I ordered 20 of one type of olive oil and 24 bottles of a different one. Instead of the company telling me I needed to increase my order 24 bottles so the boxes would be full and make both boxes 12 bottles each....this company actually mailed a box with only 8 bottles with no bubble paper to prevent the bottles from breaking. They shipped so the bottles can freely move in the box. Also, the bottles you receive in 250 ml look nothing like the pictures of the bottles.
