The olive harvest is carried out manually or with facilitating machines when the olives have reached their veraison state. I ordered 20 of one type of olive oil and 24 bottles of a different one. Instead of the company telling me I needed to increase my order 24 bottles so the boxes would be full and make both boxes 12 bottles each....this company actually mailed a box with only 8 bottles with no bubble paper to prevent the bottles from breaking. They shipped so the bottles can freely move in the box. Also, the bottles you receive in 250 ml look nothing like the pictures of the bottles.
