70g sliced pack of large format signature salami. Introducing our exquisite best selling signature salami, inspired by the traditional Greek Cypriot village sausage known as Pastourma. Made using red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus and spiced in our version of the popular pastourma spice mix brought to the Greek islands by the asian migrants. Slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Left to hang in our state of the art ageing room for between 3-4 months. All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and we guarantee 6+ months shelf life on delivery.
