Description
A selection pack of our best selling salami's consisting of 40g sliced 2* Great Taste winning zaatar salami and 40g sliced 1* Great Taste winning house salami. Made using red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus and spiced in authentic spice blends. Slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Left to hang in our state of the art ageing room for between 3-4 months. All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and we guarantee 6+ months shelf life on delivery.
