The vineyards are mainly located in the Tautavel region, within the vineyard of Southern France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. Grenache is the king grape variety for producing distinguished rosés. It fully expresses itself thanks to the exceptional climate with low rainfall and optimal sunshine. At maturity, it develops all its aromas, light and fruity in a contemporary style. It is a great grape variety of southern France. The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed. All manipulations are carried out under carbon dioxide protection to preserve the delicate aromas of Grenache, until the start of fermentation, which is carried out at a low temperature, from 15 to 18°C. The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
