Our regular honey also contains pollen – for this product we have added in extra local pollen for those that want an extra boost of this superfood. Bee pollen has been used for centuries and is a complex food and regarded by many as a superfood. There are about 200 active substances including: amino acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, vitamins, minerals, lipids, proteins, fatty acids, antioxidants, macronutrients and micronutrients flavonoids. The exact nutrient composition depends on the plant source and season collected.
