“Don Ciccio” is an extra virgin olive oil, produced from a blend of Sicilian olives. The olive harvest is carried out manually or with facilitation machines when the olives have reached a medium or advanced ripeness, to obtain a product with a more delicate flavor. The milling takes place within 12 hours of harvest, using an extraction system with technologically advanced plants. The oil is extracted strictly cold. “Don Ciccio” is characterized by a light fruity with a feeling of fresh grass just mowed. Golden yellow color, with green reflections and a fruity flavor with a light bitter and spicy sensation. This extra virgin olive oil is suitable for dressing raw green salads, first courses, white meat and fish.
