We have worked with Gainsborough for sometime the products customers love last order was lost with UPS we phoned with a response from customer service your complaint is with Faire not us Explained this wasn’t a complaint just raising an issue she repeated you need to contact Faire we contacted Faire who cancelled the order. Very abrupt ending a long relationship.
