Our 100% cotton beeswax bread bag uses our tried and true beeswax wrap formula to ensure your bread (or whatever else you’d like to keep in this bag) stays as fresh as possible. It is an antibacterial, re-useable, and compostable alternative to single-use paper bags, plastic bags, plastic wrap, and more. All beeswax is sustainably harvested and is produced by either by bees I raise in Landing, NJ or from other beekeepers we know and trust. Our “All You Knead is Love” graphic was designed in conjunction with Rising Above Bakery in Nyack, NY which is why their logo is on it in addition to ours. Rising Above Bakery employs individuals with special needs & learning differences as equal members of their team. 5% of our profits from this graphic is donated to support their Work & Learn programming, and this is indicated on the packaging for this particular bag. As I mentioned on messenger, this is extremely abnormal for us, and as much as I would love to be able to directly refund you to make it right, I do not have access to do so through Faire, which was why I asked you to go through their refund process, not realizing you were outside of the return window. I reached out to Faire customer support, and Faire is going to re-open the window for you to submit a damage report and get a refund from them. I really wish you let me know there was an issue in submitting the report through Faire so you could give me the opportunity to make it right before submitting a bad review. As a fellow small business owner, I'm sure you can understand that things happen sometimes (like you mentioned) and a lot of stuff on Faire is unfortunately out of my control as a brand.
