Our proprietary blend of beeswax (from our own bees), organic pine rosin, and organic jojoba oil make for beeswax wraps that are extra sticky, flexible, and long lasting! Use the QR code on the back of the 100% recyclable (or easily re-usable) packaging to find instructions on how to use it. One container is enough to cover one each of our small, medium, and large beeswax wraps (one Starter Set). We also accept container returns.

As I mentioned on messenger, this is extremely abnormal for us, and as much as I would love to be able to directly refund you to make it right, I do not have access to do so through Faire, which was why I asked you to go through their refund process, not realizing you were outside of the return window. I reached out to Faire customer support, and Faire is going to re-open the window for you to submit a damage report and get a refund from them. I really wish you let me know there was an issue in submitting the report through Faire so you could give me the opportunity to make it right before submitting a bad review. As a fellow small business owner, I'm sure you can understand that things happen sometimes (like you mentioned) and a lot of stuff on Faire is unfortunately out of my control as a brand.
