Product made with Italian durum wheat semolina, processed using artisanal methods, bronze-drawn and dried at low temperature. The distinctive feature of this pasta is the ancient wheat called "Senatore Cappelli" from which it is derived; a type of wheat selected at the beginning of the 20th century, with specific active ingredients and nutrients. It is ideal with all sauces, both simple and light, as well as with more elaborate meat sauces.
