Ariston Traditional Balsamic is sweet, syrupy, and low in pungency—a top seller at Ariston Specialties since 1997. Grape Varieties: Primarily Lambrusco and Trebbiano, with some Sangiovese, Ancellotta, and Montuni. Source/Region: Modena, Italy. Flavor Profile: Sweet, with notes of raisins and plum, and a smooth consistency from oak aging. *Uses:* Pairs well with cheeses, fruits, salads, filet mignon, seafood, grilled vegetables, and desserts like vanilla ice cream and gelato. Ideal for dressings and marinades.

Ariston cares about the customers experience from the moment they meet the customer to even after products are on the shelves. There is no other olive oil, or balsamic as smooth or buttery, as there's. It leaves your food tasting as it should, and salads to ice cream lick your plate out good. It's a staple in our store and will be in yours as well once your customers taste the quality.
