Arlotta Food Studio's Premium, Organic, Kosher, Flavor-infused California Olive Oil and Barrel-aged Balsamic Vinegar are perfect mates for the artisan bread, fresh fish, hand-crafted cheese, farm-fresh meats, and hand-picked produce found at Farmers Markets, Grocers, Festival’s and online at arlottafood.com After starting with one farmers market 12 years ago, the Arlotta Family has grown the business to participate in almost fifty farmers markets per season, several food and wine festivals, digital retail, and upscale restaurants. Demand resulted in the company outgrowing its olive sourcing, forcing the co-ownership of groves in the San Joaquin Valley of Central California. The well-known balsamic vinegar collection is imported from Modena Italy and bottled in California. Arlotta's headquarters and warehouse facilities are located in Southampton NY and are managed by Mario and Pecararo John Arlotta.
