Founded by best friends, Almla is a women-owned, BIPOC-owned brand rooted in quality, function, and thoughtful design. Our name blends alma meaning soul in Spanish, amla meaning gooseberry in Hindi, and ama meaning mother in both cultures to honor our roots, our friendship, and our mothers, who are no longer with us, yet remain at the heart of everything we create. Almla Active grip socks are designed for the bare foot. They are made with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials that are independently tested for skin safety and free from heavy metals, phthalates, and harmful chemicals. With absolutely no polyester, we use a breathable, absorbent cotton blend that feels better on skin and supports natural performance through movement.
