They rescheduled their shipping date 3 times. It arrived after the event I had wanted them for. I tried to cancel, but my messages where ignored. They said they shipped when they didn't. Faire couldn't do anything about it because "they were informed that they had been shipped". Too bad - we had been such big fans.
