Pine Tree Road Soap grew from a passion for soap making, experimenting + all out love for making something with my own hands. I opened a small retail shop in Ocean Beach, CA in February 2010, where I made all of my products in small batches every day. My customers loved watching me make soap right in front of them, so they could see exactly what was going into the soap they were about to use on their skin. In 2016, I decided that although bittersweet, the best decision moving forward for the company was to move from my one retail location + to focus on spreading the soapy love of PTRS around Southern California and beyond. Today, I am back to my roots and my hometown of Hanover, Pennsylvania and home of Pine Tree Road (the name of the street I grew up on).
