About Dock & Bay USA
We're here to stripe up your life with towels that you'll tell your friends about. Supporting charities we love, while pushing positivity is a key pillar of our mission - we're the boldest on the beach, in the bathroom and by the pool, and we won't stop until we've made the world brighter. Launched in August 2015, Dock & Bay has grown up fast (something the founders never did!) We set out to create the ultimate quick dry beach towel, and now we make not only that, but a range of innovative, high quality, affordable and sustainable products that our customers can’t seem to get enough of - thanks by the way! Here at Dock & Bay we understand how important it is to take actionable steps towards a more sustainable future. Nobody is perfect, including us, but we have begun making gradual changes that minimise our environmental impact & giving back to causes we care about, creating a brand that future generations will be proud of. Since the start of 2021, all our products are now made from 100% recycled materials.

Regarding the products - they are absolutely phenomenal. My only issue is with processing, shipping, and delivery. It is inconsistent. 2 of the 3 orders I've placed, shipped within two days - lightning fast! However, a recent order placed on 7/10 did not ship out until 7/22! And I feel like that shipment was only triggered when I sent an inquiry about when it would ship. One of the boxes was so stuffed and falling apart it finally broke open upon delivery. So disappointed.
