Growing up, some of my fondest memories are moments in the kitchen alongside my mom. You name it, we baked it. Fast forward 10 years later, my mom and I decided to open a coffeehouse. Our search for the ultimate complements to coffee lead us to find this little, local Italian bakery. They used Old World Italian recipes to bake the finest gourmet biscotti. Our coffeehouse customers loved these biscotti! The opportunity to purchase this bakery presented itself, and we couldn't resist the opportunity to make Giorgio a household name.
