Hello Roxanne, We are sorry that the experience with our products did not meet your expectations. Being listed as a breeder, you took our breeder pack. The bags are 20kg with a neutral design, as breeders pay little attention to this since they use the kibble for their breeding. For shops, we offer 2kg, 6kg, and 12kg formats as indicated. You informed us that some bags were damaged more than 15 days after receiving the order, which was not the case. We then offered to exchange them for 12kg bags in return for you covering the return shipping costs. We suggested using the carrier we work with. You indicated that you wanted to see with your carrier. We have not received a response since our exchange on October 29. We thought the situation was resolved on your end. BEWARE: Ordered 34 bags of food, vendor talked me out of the order, offered to send 5 bags as samples (1 of each recipe) and now won’t reply to messages and is charging me for the full amount for all 34 bags. Faire won’t honor the dispute because vendor didn’t mark items as recieved until 2 months after shipment was received, making it impossible to dispute.
