Plant Makeup is an incredibly unique artisanal apothecary formulated skincare brand that is handmade with 100% natural ingredients. Roses, flowers, roots, berries and herbs - everything created is inspired by a natural flow of energy to just be your natural you. My plant based makeup is a bit different then regular makeup. It applies less pigmented on the skin compared to synthetic dyes or iron oxide derived colors with a sultry moisturizing skin hugging base. I made plant pigmented paints early on when I started studying plants and this totally inspired the creation of Plant Makeup. Plant based paints are lighter gentler paints compared to deep colored conventional paints. My plant pigmented makeup is totally a new thing as they provide light glossy dewy natural hues of color then dramatic bold color stains. A compromise to the modern - or new way of beauty! Honor your most natural you with the most natural ingredients. Plant Makeup is handmade and operated by one person - me! Wow, I am so happy to have been doing this since the dawn of e-commerce, well not that way back - but 2008+ (I started with my tea brand called Good4You on Etsy). I am an OG of the indie beauty scene. I have to say that b/c otherwise you wouldn't know. I've gone through the many phases of the Internet but am still here and thriving off of natural creativity, intuition and love. I have pivoted my brand through music as a little humble pop star called OrangePeelMystic. I love creating these products!
