We did have a issue with a product but after back and fourth communication with the company and that fact that they had others regarding this product they did decide to remove the item and give us a refund for it. We do appreciate them making it right and communicating with us. Because of this we would be happy to do business with them again in the future as we did love other products that we purchased through them. On a side note we also ordered The bubble blasters and they were a big hit.
