The mild paprika we offer is obtained by grinding peppers harvested at full maturity, when their aromas are most developed. It offers a rich and warm aromatic palette, marked by notes of roasted pepper, ripe red fruits and sun-dried tomatoes, finished with a subtle sweet touch on the palate. On our simplified Scoville scale, its intensity is 0 out of 10: no heat, only the sweetness and depth of the aromas.
