We are Olivieri 1882, a family-run artisanal bakery from Northern Italy, just outside Venice. Since 1882, we’ve been crafting exceptional baked goods using time-honored recipes and the highest quality ingredients. Our specialties include Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba, and a range of seasonal and year-round delights—all made by hand with patience and passion. Our commitment to excellence has earned us numerous accolades. In 2025, The New York Times named our Panettone The Best Traditional Panettone. We are also proud winners of the SOFI Gold Award in the Baked Goods & Desserts category. Olivieri 1882 is recognized among the top bakeries in Italy by the prestigious Gambero Rosso food guide. To better serve our North American clients, we operate through our own U.S. company with a warehouse in New Jersey. This means we ship directly from the producer to your store—no middlemen, no delays. Our products are never sold in supermarkets.
