We are Olivieri 1882, a family-run artisanal bakery from Northern Italy, just outside Venice. Since 1882, we’ve been crafting exceptional baked goods using time-honored recipes, slow natural leavening, and only the finest ingredients. Our specialties include Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba, and a variety of seasonal and year-round creations—all handmade with patience, care, and passion. Our unwavering commitment to excellence has earned us numerous international accolades. In 2025, The New York Times named our Panettone “The Best Traditional Panettone”. We are also proud recipients of the SOFI Gold Award in the Baked Goods & Desserts category, and have been recognized among the top bakeries in Italy by the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide. To better serve our North American partners, we operate through our own U.S. company with a warehouse in New Jersey, ensuring fast and direct deliveries—from our bakery to your shelves, with no middlemen. You won’t find our products in supermarkets. We work exclusively with premium boutiques, gourmet shops, and specialty retailers who share our dedication to quality and authenticity.
