About Maison Regaud

Our gastronomic story began in 1890. At that time, Jeanne, our great-grandmother, prepared foie gras with the help of her daughter Marie to delight their loved ones. A few years later, Juliette, Marie’s daughter, continued this family tradition. She created new recipes that were quickly appreciated well beyond the family circle. Daniel, Juliette’s son, also grew up with a love of gastronomy and local products. After working as an inspector for the Michelin Guide and then running a hotel-restaurant for several years, he chose to return to the flavors of his childhood. In 1976 he founded the cannery "Conserverie Regaud" to keep alive the know-how and passion passed down by his family. In 2000, his son Thomas took over the business. Over the years, the Regaud product range expanded with new recipes imagined by passionate chefs, always respecting the taste and quality of the duck. For more than 30 years we have been happy to share with you our passion for the gastronomy of our region. We guarantee quality products, without additives, preservatives, or colorings.
