About Maison Regaud

Our gastronomic history began a long time ago, in 1890, when Jeanne, our great-grandmother, helped by her daughter Marie began to make foie gras to delight her loved ones. Juliette, Marie's daughter, continued in the same direction. They created new recipes whose reputation soon crossed the family. Daniel, his son, was also raised in a love of the land and gastronomy. After being an inspector in the Michelin Guide, then managing a hotel-restaurant for several years, he decided to return to the flavors that had rocked his childhood. He founded the Regaud cannery in 1976, thus paying tribute to the previous generations whose passion and know-how he inherited. Thomas, Daniel's fourth child, took over the cannery in 2000. Throughout the years, the Regaud range of products has been enriched with new recipes, developed by chefs, delighted to take up the challenge of working with duck in a new way, while systematically seeking to enhance it. For more than 30 years we have been happy to share with you our passion for the gastronomy of our region and are proud to offer you the guarantee that you will only find on our site quality products, made 100% south-west, cooked without additives, preservatives or colorings.
