Oolong Matcha — from Vietnam’s Central Highlands Misty Lava introduces a new style of matcha, made from premium high-mountain oolong cultivars grown in Vietnam’s Central Highlands — a region defined by cool mist, high elevation, and mineral-rich volcanic soil. Using traditional Japanese matcha techniques, the leaves are shade-grown for ~21 days, gently steamed, refined into tencha, and stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder. Our jasmine expression is scented using real blossoms, layered into the tea in the traditional method — no added flavoring. The result is a matcha with natural softness, creaminess, and aromatic depth. It blends cleanly, holds its character in milk, and comes into balance with less sugar, performing consistently at ~3 g per serving. Designed for modern café service — lattes, batching, and high-volume preparation — while remaining refined enough for traditional whisked use.
