After repeated messaging trying to get a hold of them for a refund, replacement, even a simple response I fear a bad review is warranted. I had mold growing in my packaging and they acted like they were going to do something about it two months ago. Now I am just ghosted and it's disappointing because I actually loved this product as a repeat buyer. From other reviews sounds like this is a thing. So disappointing.

We ordered from this brand on October 2, 2024. The expected delivery time was supposed to be later in the month - October 30th I think. We didnt get the first shipment until November 10th i think - which was a bummer because we ordered some fall time seasonal things. We were still outstanding 2/3 shipments, so i tried to message the brand on Faire. I got no response for weeks. I reached out on IG to which i got a response that they would send the package out immediately. Then they ghosted again.
