After repeated messaging trying to get a hold of them for a refund, replacement, even a simple response I fear a bad review is warranted. I had mold growing in my packaging and they acted like they were going to do something about it two months ago. Now I am just ghosted and it's disappointing because I actually loved this product as a repeat buyer. From other reviews sounds like this is a thing. So disappointing.

Sent over 10 messages with no response. My order was cancelled , placed another order and still no response: this is one of our best sellers but clearly they’re having issues. I even had to reach out to faire support to try and resolve the issue

The products are beautiful. If you can get them to ship to you. Last year, we ordered and AFTER the ship date had passed, they cancelled, leaving us without time to order replacement products. This year we tried again, giving them grace, and they again missed the ship date. They marked all products shipped, but only shipped 1/3 of the order!! I contacted them 3 times, with no response. Faire had to step in to assist, and remove the unshipped items. Such a bummer!
