We’re Kara and Mel, two mothers who created Embodied Mama to offer soulful, supportive tools for the motherhood journey. Our first offering, The Embodiment Deck, launched in 2021 to help women reconnect with their bodies through reflection and ritual. As our own journeys evolved, we felt called to create the Mama Deck—a collection of heartfelt reminders and reflections we needed ourselves, and now offer to every mother finding her way. Today, Embodied Mama offers soul-rooted tools, thoughtfully designed products, and community experiences that help mothers reconnect with their intuition, care for themselves without guilt, and feel held as they hold others.
