At its core, Professor Puzzle is a collection of 80 individuals, brimming with talent and energy. We believe that in recent years, as a result of good old-fashioned hard work, our team has become the very best in the business. The result of this combined effort is that every year our business grows. In fact, we recently purchased Ginger Fox UK, so our team and collections of product is ever-continuing to grow and improve! We have offices in London, Chicago, a team in China, and a warehouse in Maryland. The two things we’re most proud of are our people and customer retention. The fact that our employees stay with us is our secret sauce. In turn, this helps us retain and continue to work with our wonderful customers. We think we have the best team. Now we want to feel we have the best culture in the industry. We want to feel that we set the standard when it comes to looking after our colleagues and our customers. Typically ordered straight from professor puzzle. Such a turn off I dreaded ordering more merchandise mostly because of things being back ordered. Faire made it easy. Showed quantity available and even took advantage of a few sale items. The 50% discount gave me the opportunity to have items on sale at my store. Passing it down to the consumer. Had items to my door in 3 days. I can’t recommend them enough, Sincerely A small business owner
